Well that sums it up.

As of late, I keep being stalked by my subconscious mind. Here is a prime example which I happened to stumble across unintentionally and is exactly what I've been needing to ask for quite sometime.

A Love Letter for You.

Recent research on street art bought my attention to the work of Stephen Powers. His most recent project 'A Love Letter for You' is a series of murals displaying proclamations of love. I absolutely love the concept and even more so the quotes that are boldly splashed on the facades of buildings. However as much as I love the idea, that cynical voice inside my head, which has built up a brick wall of its own against love, can't help but feel bitter towards such naive words. Sadly, I'm yet to be proven this kind of love exists.

I just can't keep hanging on.

decisions decisions.

This is my portfolio for Project 1 of Graphic Design. We had to respond to three briefs for three different activities and then collate them into a final portfolio. The final product was a hand-made book.

Fluid.

A one-off furniture piece that myself and 6 other furniture study students designed and constructed. The primary material used to create the chair is your everyday drinking straw, fused together by melting.  The straws, when melted together, create somewhat of a malleable element that can be flexed to created curvaceous forms, simultaneously the straws flair outwards as the sheet is manipulated to create an interactive and visually stunning sculptural object.

Everyone needs a Hatstand.

This project required me to study the design process of an international furniture designer. From these findings I was then asked to design a hatstand based on the processes and design methods of that designer.

Adaptive Re-Use

For this project we were asked to convert an old warehouse into a multi-residential block consisting of two bedroom and three bedroom two story apartments.
